Check out the individual player grades below.

Lonzo Ball: B+

It wasn’t your typical game from Lonzo Ball as he finished with only one assist but it was mainly on the defensive end where he made his bread and butter on Saturday. Lonzo had 3 steals and 4 blocks against the Pistons, making his presence felt on the defensive end all night long.

Zach LaVine: B

LaVine shot just 33% from the field on Saturday, his worst so far this season, but made up for it as a playmaker, dishing out 5 assists and remained a threat that took eyes off teammates like DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic.

Zach will have some off shooting nights like on Saturday but having a group like this to counteract those misses is crucial for the Bulls.

DeMar DeRozan: A

DeMar was the focal point of the Bulls offense on Saturday as Zach LaVine struggled. DeRozan finished with a game-high 21 points, including 6 rebounds, 6 assists, and hitting 7-of-9 from the free throw line.

Having a professional scorer like DeRozan as your No. 2 option sure boosts the Bulls offense this year compared to in season’s past.

Nikola Vucevic: A+

Vucevic was a monster on Saturday against the Pistons, absolutely filling the boxscore with 15 points, 19 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, and 3 blocks. The Pistons had no answer for Vucevic on the boards and his activity on the defensive end helped anchor another impressive performance by the Chicago defense.

Alex Caruso: B+

Caruso, like Vucevic, was active all over the floor on Saturday, finishing with 9 points, 4 assists, 5 steaks, and 1 block. Playing the role of sixth man for the Bulls, Caruso comes in as a utility player that can really do it all on both ends of the floor.
