Check out Klay's awesome Bruce Lee-inspired ANTA KT6 shoes originally appeared on NBC Sports Bayarea
Bruce Lee had quite an impact on the NBA. Well, he still does.
Warriors star Klay Thompson will be honoring the martial arts icon with his latest signature ANTA KT6 shoe, complete with a Lee theme.
Klay Thompson is the latest athlete to channel Bruce Lee for his sneaker line, with this themed ANTA KT6 releasing in Asia.

The shoes have Klay’s No. 11 and one of Lee’s famous quotes inscribed on them: “Water can flow or crash. Be water my friends.”
The sneakers also have “Nature Flow,” written on the front flap.
The kicks are being released in Asia, and according to the ANTA shop’s site, Klay wanted to put the water quote on the shoe to express his desire to become a legend and “inherit the immortal spirit."
The shoes are yellow with black accents to pay homage to Lee’s yellow jumpsuit he wore in “Game of Death."
It ultimately would be a trademark look associated with Lee. The suit was sported in a scene where he fought NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Despite it being a simple decision to use the yellow, as opposed to a possible black one, the look became a staple in Lee’s history.
Abdul-Jabbar talked about his training with Lee on ESPN's "SportsCenter" earlier this summer. He studied martial arts and trained with Lee and his wife, Linda, before the movie, learning the art of stretching and how to incorporate it into his NBA career. Yoga became a big part of Abdul-Jabbar’s training and described it as a way to remain healthy on the court.
The late Kobe Bryant also looked up to Lee and once said he’s read everything Lee has ever written and watched every film he’s starred in.
I think we can understand why Klay would want to emulate that.
