The reason this is important is you are likely to see either/both Oregon and Oregon State in the Final Four.
According to Bracketology with ESPN's Charlie Creme, Oregon is a current one seed in the Portland, Oregon region and Oregon State is a two-seed in the Greenville, South Carolina.
Both teams are currently ranked in the AP Poll top-10: No. 4 Oregon and No. 7 Oregon State. The Civil War weekend series kicks off on Friday, January 24 at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, OR.
