Bo Nix won a ton of folks over in his performance in Auburn’s win over LSU.

His teammates are proud of him. Auburn linebacker Chandler Wooten talked about Nix and what it was like watching him from the sidelines on Saturday in Baton Rouge when he joined the “Locked On Auburn” podcast.

“It’s hard not to go out there and play your heart out,” Wooten said. “That may have been the greatest performance that I have seen in person. As far as someone just willing the team to victory, he just wouldn’t let us lose. Seeing that from your quarterback, one of your leaders with all of the adversity he’s been facing, obviously we hear the talk, he hears it. You can’t avoid it. But to see him stay in it.

“Man, I’m just so proud of him. Just the fight that he displays on a week-to-week basis. I’m glad he’s my quarterback.”
