How to watch Celtics battle Stephen Curry, Warriors originally appeared on NBC Sports Boston

The Boston Celtics have a chance to win their sixth game in a row on Saturday. If they can emerge with a victory, they will move into sole possession of four seed in the Eastern Conference if only briefly.

But to pull that off, they're going to have to cool down another red-hot ball club.

The Golden State Warriors (28-28) are on a four-game winning streak of their own and that is largely thanks to the terrific performance of Stephen Curry.

Forsberg Four: How the Core Four have sparked C's win streak

Over his last nine games, Curry has averaged an absurd 38.2 points per game and has scored at least 32 points in every outing. Unless the C's can cool him down, he will have a chance to tie an NBA record currently held by Kobe Bryant.

That won't necessarily be easy for the Celtics to do. They are still set to be without Evan Fournier (health and safety protocols) while Robert Williams (left knee soreness), but Jaylen Brown (illness) is also questionable. If Brown can't go, that will leave the Celtics without three of their top-seven players.

If that's the case, Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker will have to carry the team while Marcus Smart will have to work to lock down Curry. If they can at least slow down Curry, the C's will have a chance, but that is much easier said than done.
