Waters, who was recently named the G League's Rookie of the Year, was also named to the G League Second Team.
The 5-foot-10 guard averaged 18.0 points, 3.2 rebounds and 7.3 assists to go with 1.9 steals per game.
Fall, who like Waters signed a two-way contract prior to the start of the season, was named to the G League's All-Defensive Team.
That came as no surprise, not with the 7-5 center averaging 2.9 blocked shots per game to go with a double-double of 12.9 points and 11.1 rebounds per game.
While both were indeed standouts with the Red Claws, their opportunities to play for the Celtics were few and far between.
Waters appeared in just 10 games with the Celtics, averaging 3.3 points, 1.2 assists and 0.9 rebounds while shooting 34.3 percent from the field and just 17.6 percent from 3-point range.
Meanwhile, Fall saw action in just six games while averaging 3.2 points and 1.8 rebounds while shooting 75 percent from the field.
