Before taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night, the Boston Celtics shifted their focus to Terrence Clarke.

Clarke tragically died in a car accident on the way home from a workout in Los Angeles on April 22. The Kentucky standout and Dorchester, Mass. native was preparing for the upcoming NBA Draft.

The Celtics honored Clarke with a moment of silence ahead of Tuesday's game. Watch below:

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown often worked out with Clarke, who once said the Celtics stars were two of his "big supporters."

Clarke was 19 years old.
