Now that the NBA has, for the most part, arrived at the quarter mark of the 2022-23 season, we can start to get an idea of how it might play out by the time the 2023 NBA Playoffs roll around this coming spring.

Even still, there are a few teams around the league that have been especially hard to get a read on based on how they have defied expectations in ways both good and bad, as well as whether the over-achievers want to be doing so in the first place given the draft odds that could be at stake.
