What's on your Cinco de Mayo menu?

Cinco de Mayo, observed to commemorate the Mexican Army's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862, is usually celebrated by Americans at bars and restaurants with some spending the entire with festive activities. In most states, likely not this year. So, instead just have a safe, fun family gathering at home by serving up the following food and drinks. You're starting with tequila, (adults only, kiddos) in some form, of course. Buen provecho!
