Cavs guard Darius Garland enters league's health and safety protocols; Evan Mobley removed
One player added, one player removed. The roster shuffling continues.
The Cavaliers announced Tuesday that guard Darius Garland, in the midst of the best stretch of his career, has entered the league's health and safety protocols for COVID-19.
Forward Evan Mobley, likewise, was removed from the protocols and is questionable for tonight's road game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Cavs have had a nightmare of a time trying to manage the list of players being added and removed from the league's health and safety protocols.
Mobley, Isaac Okoro, Jarrett Allen, Lamar Stevens, Dylan Winder, Denzel Valentine, RJ Nembhard, Ed Davis and now Garland have all entered the health and safety protocols at one point in the past few weeks.
Garland is averaging 19.5 points on 47.9 percent shooting to go with 7.3 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game. All of those figures are career bests.
