Cavaliers PG Hill (back) questionable for Game 4

Cleveland Cavaliers point guard George Hill underwent an MRI exam on his ailing back on Saturday and is questionable for Sunday's Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers.

Hill scored 13 points in Game 3 but his back "locked up," according to Cavaliers coach Tyronn Lue.

Lue said veteran Jose Calderon will start if Hill is unavailable.

Hill injured the back during Game 1 of the series and dealt with stiffness and spasms over the ensuing days.

Hill is averaging 8.7 points and 1.7 assists during the series.

Indiana holds a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference first-round series.
