In our last post, we ranked the individual wide receivers in the NFC West. Cooper Kupp of the Los Angeles Rams, coming off a historic season with regular-season and postseason accolades, is at the top of the list. Now we take a look at the four teams in the division and rank their wide receiver rooms, looking specifically at the top three that will get playing time.

Will the Rams with Kupp or will the Arizona Cardinals  take the top spot?

Arizona Cardinals (DeAndre Hopkins, Hollywood Brown, A.J. Green)

While Kupp is the No. 1 receiver in the division, the Cardinals’ top three is better than Kupp, Allen Robinson and Van Jefferson.

If Odell Beckham re-signs with Los Angeles, the Rams would get the top spot.

Subtracting Hopkins for the first six games, the trio of Brown, Green and Rondale Moore would fall short of Kupp, Robinson and Jefferson.

Kupp is a better No. 1 than Brown. Robinson is better than Green. Moore and Jefferson are probably about equal.

Add Beckham to this group, replacing Jefferson, and this is perhaps the best receiving trio in the league. As mentioned, the current trio would be higher than the Cardinals’ trio during Hopkins’ suspension.

San Francisco 49ers (Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, Jauan Jennings)

Samuel and Aiyuk are a great top two but Jennings is just a guy.

The Niners get the edge over Seattle because of the quarterback situation.

Seattle has a formidable top two but Swain brings the group down. The fact that they will have Geno Smith or Drew Lock throwing to them puts them at the back end of the division.
