Since social distancing became the new normal, so did at-home workouts.
With their season on pause, the Capitals have had to bring their workouts home like everyone else and are sharing some moves you can try in your next workout.
By using the #StickToFitness hashtag, the Caps are encouraging fans to post their own workout tips and to follow ones they've posted, too.
