Capitals players show off how to work out like an NHL player who is stuck at home

Since social distancing became the new normal, so did at-home workouts.

With their season on pause, the Capitals have had to bring their workouts home like everyone else and are sharing some moves you can try in your next workout.

By using the #StickToFitness hashtag, the Caps are encouraging fans to post their own workout tips and to follow ones they've posted, too.

Ilya Kovalchuk and his wife Nikol shared this advanced workout you can do with a partner or roommate.

Nicklas Backstrom has been practicing his stickhandling skills and goaltending abilities with his son. 

And Caps' hockey ambassador and U.S. Women's Hockey gold medalist Haley Skarupa has shared everything from stickhandling skills:
