Camila Cabello showed off her super-toned abs in a new photo on Instagram.
In the photo, the singer wore a matching cropped sweater and miniskirt over her bikini while on the beach in Miami.
To stay fit, Camila gets outdoors to go swimming, hiking, and paddle boarding. She also works out with celeb trainer Jenna Willis.
Camila Cabello is making the most out of her days in the sun in a new post on Instagram. The 25-year-old "Don't Go Yet" singer posed in a white knitted skirt and crop top over a bikini while on the beach in Miami. She later shared an adorable video of herself and her sister doing a TikTok dance on her Instagram Story.
"la buena vida ☀️🕶🌊🏝🏖🐚 ," Camila captioned her IG post. And it certainly does seem so!
Naturally, her followers had a lot to say about the post. "It’s giving beach bombshell," says one fan. "You are such a queen ❤️," said another. "ANGEL 🤍🤍," chimed a third.
ICYDK, Camila is all about body-positivity and works hard to stay active. She's been working around her busy schedule with celebrity trainer Jenna Willis for several years.
"...A lot of our workouts include minimal equipment that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance (including complex movements that target the whole body)," Willis told Shape. "Somehow she manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move."
When Camila isn't doing one-on-one's she gets outdoors with her friends and family to go hiking, swimming, and running. Sounds like this pop star is all about making her workouts fun and productive. I'm in!
And as for her diet, Camila has previously credited her ex-boyfriend Shawn Mendes with getting her to branch out and try different kinds of foods (especially the veggie kinds).
"Shawn has influenced me to be healthier...I was not healthy at all before,” she told BBC Radio, per Hola. “I never ate vegetables before. Just like easy vegetables like cucumbers or cold carrots with Caesar. Which, I wouldn’t say are hard vegetables.”
