Cam Newton, Greg Olsen share pre-game heartwarming moment

Cam Newton and Greg Olsen were pillars in the Carolina Panthers’ organization for nine seasons together.

Olsen went to Carolina in 2011, the same year Newton was drafted No. 1 overall. Newton joined his first NFL team outside of Carolina for the first time in his career this year and Olsen made the transition out of Carolina after nine seasons, joining the Seahawks.

They’ve remained extremely good friends since then and had a feel-good moment ahead of the New England Patriots matchup with Seattle on Sunday night. Newton saw Olsen at midfield before the game and ran as fast as he could to hug his old teammate.

As for the game, it’ll be all business for both Panthers legends.
