Our Call: Erie Times-News game predictions for Week 6 of the District 10 football season

The Our Call had a tough week with six losses, but again, how much should Region 6 count? It's tough to figure out how good these out-of-town teams are, especially from Canada.

Hats off to Erie for the win over Butler for the third wrong call in that region.

There were some injury issues in other wrong calls. Reynolds was down it's explosive sophomore Xavier Zachrich in an upset loss to Maplewood, while Saegertown is missing a bunch of players in a loss to a tough Union City team.

As we've said before, Girard is impossible to figure out. The YellowJackets beat teams maybe better than them and lose games that get away from them. Harbor Creek ran over Girard in a mercy-rule game.

Here's to a much better week:

Cathedral Prep senior Luke Costello throws against North Clarkson (Canada) at Dollinger Field on Sept. 22. Costello and the Ramblers face McDowell in a big Region 6 rivalry matchup Friday night.
