Caitlin Clark’s sports card bidding is nearing record-setting numbers

Where were you when Caitlin Clark became the most famous female collegiate basketball player of all-time? It is a fair question to pose and one that may be closer to being a reality than a hyperbole.

The Iowa Hawkeyes point guard is smashing records and is hunting down the all-time scoring record held by Kelsey Plum. Caitlin Clark is on track to take it down in the regular season and is gaining much attention.

What is also gaining attention is every arena Clark steps into. She sells out everywhere she goes like a modern-day version of the Beatles. Entering the party is memorabilia associated with the superstar.

Caitlin Clark’s one-of-a-kind sports card is hitting stratospheric bidding levels. The card is currently bidding at $66,000 with that number sure to rise. This is currently the second most expensive women’s sports card sale of all-time.

Clark only trails Serena Williams, arguably the most famous female athlete of all-time. She is among some of the biggest names in women’s sports such as U.S. soccer legend Mia Hamm and Naomi Osaka, a powerhouse in the tennis world.

Caitlin Clark turns heads every time she steps onto the court. She draws in fans from all different ages and walks of life to see her play. She has the Iowa Hawkeyes to an 18-2 record this season and tracking for another deep NCAA Tournament run which will give fans many more chances to watch a truly one-of-a-kind athlete.
