Bullard will return to district play on Friday when Van comes to town.

Junior Varsity

In the junior varsity division of the tournament, freshman Cadence Graul led team Bullard to a 3-0 finish and the tournament championship.

For her efforts, Graul, who was tournament leader in both goals and assists, earned Most Valuable Player accolades.

Bullard cruised past Henderson (4-1), Palestine (6-2) and Nacogdoches (3-0).

"Assistant coach Phillip Brooks and I are both proud of the girls and the way that they worked together on the field," Cooksey said.
