Overturned late goal dooms Bruins in 1-0 loss to Devils originally appeared on NBC Sports Boston

The Boston Bruins just can't find a way to beat the New Jersey Devils.

The Bruins lost a 1-0 heartbreaker to the Devils at TD Garden on Sunday, as video review denied them an equalizing goal on two separate occasions in the final two minutes.

Boston now has lost four of five to New Jersey this season and haven't beaten the Devils -- who entered with the NHL's fifth-worst record -- since opening night.

New Jersey goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood stopped all 40 shots he faced to record his first shutout of the season, as two of the Bruins' four games with no goals this season have come against the Devils.

The B's drop to 17-9-5 on the season with the loss and hold a slim lead over the Philadelphia Flyers for fourth place in the East Division.
