Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum is a superstar, and this is why

Fans of the Boston Celtics have had very high expectations for superstar forward Jayson Tatum since he entered the NBA with their favorite team. The former Duke standout was selected by then-team president Danny Ainge with the third pick of the 2017 NBA draft after trading back to that spot from No. 1 overall.

Since the day he stepped on the court for Boston, Tatum has gradually expanded his game to a superstar level, surpassing even the most optimistic projections of his game from anyone but the ludicrously optimistic of analysts and fans alike.

To highlight why exactly the St. Louis native is a superstar in today’s league, the folks at the Terranova YouTube channel put together a clip breaking down Tatum’s rise to an elite player in the Association.

Take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what it is that they has to say about the Celtics super’s rise.
