Before Seahawks practice Wednesday, linebacker Bobby Wagner gave a shout-out to the 2020 Champs.

"It was amazing to watch them dominate. ... Hopefully we can do the same thing we did."
Wagner also took time to praise future Hall of Famer Sue Bird, calling the Storm point guard the G.O.A.T. and a legend.
The 9-year NFL veteran called for the city of Seattle to build a Sue Bird statute as well because she deserves one!

"She deserves a statue."
So where do we co-sign for the Sue Bird statue!?
The good news:
It sounds like Bird will be making her return next season despite turning 40 years old next week.
Following the Storm’s 92-59 drubbing of the Aces in Game 3 of the best-of-five series Tuesday night, Bird discussed that she wasn’t 100 percent sure what the future holds.
But, it doesn’t seem like she’ll be hanging it up after this season.
“I just kind of start working out and I see how I feel," Bird said postgame. "And I’m not trying to be illusive. Like, listen the way -- I feel right now -- if I can go through my offseason and continue to build on that in a good way, I don’t see why I won’t be playing next summer.”
We love to hear that Bird expects to be back in 2021 and now we just need to figure out when that statue is going to be built outside of Key Arena or wait... We mean, the new remodeled Climate Pledge Arena!
Let's make this happen.
