Sixth-grader Shemar Morrow dunks in game

When your nickname is "Baby LeBron", you had better be good. And judging by this video of sixth-grader Shemar Morrow, he's pretty good. Outstanding, in fact. The 6-foot-2-inch lefty — who hails from Akron, OH just like LeBron James himself — threw down a two-handed dunk during a National Youth Basketball League session in Washington, D.C. on Saturday night. The performance was part of a 53-point effort in a double overtime victory for his Oakland Soldiers. But it was that flush that had the crowd buzzing. And get this: Morrow's coach is none other than rapper/entrepreneur Master P (who knows a thing or two about basketball).

Papi getting paid

Finally in baseball news, Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz agreed to a one-year, $16 million extension for the 2015 season. The 2013 World Series MVP will be paid $15 million for his services this year.
