Justin Tucker gives shout out to fantasy owners

To say that Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker had a big game on Monday Night Football would be an understatement. The 24-year-old accounted for all of his team's points against the Detroit Lions in an 18-16 victory that was critical for both squads' playoff hopes. Tucker's 61-yard boot with 38 seconds remaining was a franchise-record and proved to be the game-winner. The performance was also magical from a fantasy football perspective — a fact not lost on the second-year pro during his postgame interview with ESPN's Lisa Salters:

"Just the fact that we kicked six field goals and we win the game. I'm happy to do it, don't get me wrong. And my fantasy team is benefiting from it as well. So I'm happy about that. And fantasy owners around the world, I hope you guys appreciate the points as well. To sum it up in one word: pandemonium."

Just how astounding was the 6-for-6 night? Tucker outscored the likes of Drew Brees, Tom Brady and Tony Romo in Yahoo standard scoring leagues. But get this: he was actually the second-ranked kicker in fantasyland. Dallas Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey had one more point than Tucker.

Moving to college football, Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is undecided whether to return for his senior season or enter the 2014 NFL draft. The junior is ranked as the top QB prospect.
