Not surprisingly, the residents of Chester's Mill are starting to lose it on CBS's "Under the Dome," and we have an exclusive sneak peek at the increasingly bizarre happenings before tonight's episode, "Manhunt."

Big Jim ("Breaking Bad" star Dean Norris) must face off against a big, angry crowd. He might be good at sweet-talking customers into buying used cars, but his wordy ways might not be enough to keep him in control of the trapped town.

Also, Deputy Linda (Natalie Martinez) escorts former Deputy Paul Randolph (Kevin Sizemore) into the station. Fans will remember that last week, Paul went nuts after the fire and discharged his firearm into the dome. The bullet ricocheted off the inside of the invisible barrier, hitting poor Freddy Denton (Joe Knezevich) square in the chest! Paul argues that the dome killed Freddy and that it's going to kill more of them.

When Big Jim tries to take control of the angry mob outside the station, someone throws a beer bottle from the crowd. Reporter Julia Shumway (Rachelle Lefevre) mockingly asks Big Jim, "So you're in charge now?"

While remaining cool, Big Jim tells the crowd that they need to let the town's law enforcement officials do their job. But once people in the crowd start to talk back, Big Jim gets heated. As the town's only remaining councilperson, he refuses to let chaos reign. There will be no "frontier justice" on his watch.

When Big Jim tells the townspeople to go home and pray for Freddy's soul, the residents of Chester's Mill obey ... for now.

"We'll all be fine … as long as we all look out for each other," says Big Jim, but as tensions begin to rise in Chester's Mill, fans are starting to wonder if any survivors will be left under the dome by the end of summer.

Will law and order be maintained, or will the townspeople decide to take the law into their own hands? If the previous episodes are anything to go by, "Manhunt" will be just as bloody as the rest!

"Under the Dome" airs Mondays at 10 PM on CBS.
