Cyclist wins, immediately wrecks while celebrating

You can understand the urge to celebrate victory, right? Just be sure you don't undercut your victory with a spectacular face-plant.

Meet Noah Granigan, a high school student in New Jersey. He won the Harry Naismyth Junior race this weekend in Somerville, then immediately hit the deck.

"I looked like I hit something. I had a pretty big gap, so I got a little too excited, excited I won the race," Granigan told MyCentralJersey. "I'm guessing every cyclist has fallen before."

He was a bit more pithy on Twitter:

Of course, it could have been worse. He could have celebrated and not won after all.
