Love -- Buoyed by a six-ace game, Serena Williams avenged her 2011 US Open finals loss to Sam Stosur, 7-5, 6-3. Serena's 20 aces tied the most of her career (her previous high was in a three-set match) and were the most in a WTA tour match this year. With the win, Serena will enter the top 10 of Monday's rankings, regardless of her performance at the rest of the tournament.
15 -- Her sister, Venus, came back from a one-set deficit to defeat Ana Ivanovic 6-7 (4), 6-2, 6-2. In her first tournament since announcing she had Sjogren's syndrome, Venus is thriving with low expectations. "I come out on court knowing I can play well, but almost with no expectations," she said.
30 -- Victoria Azarenka was down 6-1, 4-0 and her 25-match winning streak appeared like it would vanish quickly into the Miami haze. Instead, Dominika Cibulkova got tight serving out the match and the world No. 1 stormed back to take the match in three sets and extend her season-starting winning streak.
40 -- Mardy Fish still can't get on stadium court at an American tournament. The world No. 8 hasn't played on the biggest court at Indian Wells or Key Biscayne, a streak that will continue when he faces Nicolas Almagro on Tuesday afternoon on Grandstand court.
