When suspended CONCACAF president returned home to Trinidad and Tobago after his trip to Zurich for the FIFA congress (from which he was barred), he was greeted like a rockstar. The Piarco Airport near Port of Spain was packed with people who showed up specifically to show their support for Jack Warner -- a FIFA executive (and Works and Transport minister for T&T) with a long list of corruption allegations on his record. I mean, there are people who save lives that never get anything close to a reception like this.

"The People's Champion?" They do know that Jack is a part of an organization accused of looking out for only themselves and misappropriating funds that should be going towards local investment, right?
Well, if you had any hope of angry mobs storming the offices of FIFA officials around the world and establishing a new regime, this should sufficiently crush your hope.
