Following a 1-1 draw with Atletico Rafaela on Friday, Quilmes manager Nelson Vivas punched a fan. Just before he did that, the Quilmes reportedly told the former Arsenal defender and Argentina international, "The referees are robbing us and you’re doing nothing about it." And since the incident was caught on video, there was enough evidence to force Vivas to resign over the matter.

Rule No. 1 for football managers: Don't punch the fans. Unless you have a really, really good reason. Like if they try to make eye contact.

This has been the Dirty Tackle of the Day: a chronicling of unfortunate events.
