Andrea Pirlo, his beard and his mother show you their vineyard

In the hills of Brescia, Andrea Pirlo has a vineyard/secret bunker where he and his family make wine infused with the musk of his powerful beard. At the start of the video above, Pirlo tells you that this is something you didn't know about him. But now he reveals one of the many hidden truths deep within his thousand-yard stare.

Andrea's mother Livia also appears, sitting at a table with pictures of her son as a boy (oddly enough, he did not have a full pitch-black beard as a child). She says he was a "lively but quiet child" and also tasted a little wine as a kid. Consider that a parenting tip if you want to raise a midfield genius.

The vineyard produces 15,000 to 20,000 bottles of wine each year and is looking to expand. Pirlo concludes the video by saying that when he retires, he will spend more time at the vineyard. It is there that the survivalist adventures of Bearded Pirlo will continue.
