8:00 p.m. ET, NBC: Women's cyclists will compete in the time trial along the Great Wall of China. Watch the race and tell all your friends abut your visit to the Far East. Also, China will try to sweep the diving events by winning the final event, the men's 3m springboard synchronized.
9:00 p.m. ET, NBC: Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh can drop this match against Norway, scheduled to air live*, and still qualify for the next round. Of course, they have won 103 matches, so I think they'll be in it to win it.
10:00 p.m. ET, NBC: Primetime stretches into the late night hours as NBC airs live* the women's 4x200m freestyle relay. The U.S. team, led by Natalie Coughlin and Katie Hoff, has the world record in this event. Michael Phelps has the night off, and NBC cries.
11:00 p.m. ET, NBC: Men's gymnasts will compete in the all-around competition, also airing live.* Jonathan Horton, who was rock-solid in the team competition, will compete for the U.S.
Midnight ET, CNBC: Live boxing elimination bouts continue in welterweight and light heavyweight. Tune in to see if the U.S. can salvage their rough start to the Olympics. Also, the Americans face Canada in live softball.
*When NBC says live, they mean only for the Eastern and Central time zones. If you live in the Mountain or Pacific times zones and think this stinks, let NBC know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
