Mariel Zagunis, who won the United States' first gold for fencing in a century in Athens, repeated the feat today, and was joined by her teammates on the medal stand. Sada Jacobson took silver and 18-year-old Rebecca Ward is bringing home bronze. The United States has never been a power in fencing, so this sweep could signal a turning of the tide. These three medals are the first won by the United States in the Beijing Olympics.
