Video: QMJHL announcer’s screeching game-winning goal call

On Tuesday, the Lewiston MAINEiacs faced off in Game 3 of the QMJHL quarterfinals with the Montreal Junior with things even at one in the game as well as the series.

With time winding down in regulation, Lewiston's Etienne Brodeur put home a rebound with 5.2 seconds left to give the MAINEiacs a 2-1 victory and 2-1 series lead.

The dramatic goal brought the emotion out for Lewiston play-by-play man D.J. Abisalih as he went berzerk and channeled his inner Gus Johnson ... or 13-year-old-girl-seeing-Justin-Bieber-for-the-first-time:

We'll now sit and wait for Jack Edwards to make a similar goal call should the Boston Bruins notch a winning goal in the dying seconds against the Montreal Canadiens. You know he'd do it along with somehow managing to reference the Quasi-War.
