Five year old recites entire LA Kings roster before sellout crowd (Video)
Ethan is five years old and a Los Angeles Kings fan. He also has a grasp of the Kings roster better than the local LA television sports media does. Which, yes, does set the bar rather low.
But the real big deal about young Ethan is the way he’s able to reel off that roster in front of a sold-out Staples Center crowd during Game 3 of the Western Conference Final. OK, with a little help from his friends …
In fairness to Ethan, No. 25 has been rather invisible in the last few weeks.
So, for comparison’s sake: The young face of the Los Angeles Kings can enthusiastically recite the roster based on sweater numbers, while the young face of the San Jose Sharks laments “I’m sad about everything the Sharks have done. I’m so mad at them.”
Seems about right.
