Dustin Byfuglien takes out Steve Downie after goal, takes on all Penguins

Dustin Byfuglien is a big man. And if you score while he is on the ice and he gets angry, he is liable to take on your entire team.

This happened Thursday when Pittsburgh's Steve Downie scored right in front of Byfuglien in the Penguins' 4-3 shootout win over Winnipeg. Note the 6-foot-5, 260-pound Byfuglien take out Downie after the goal, then scrum with most of the on-ice Penguins.

Granted, Downie, who once had 208 penalty minutes in a single season, is no angel himself. But the play looks cheap. Enough so that TSN's Darren Dreger tweeted that it will likely get a look from the NHL's Department of Player safety.

Maybe more for a fine than a suspension. Byfuglien got called for cross checking.
