Charity Auction: Bid to win 2014 Reading Royals ugly Christmas jersey
The Reading Royals' ugly Christmas sweater jerseys were a big hit again when they wore them earlier this month. They were glorious and now you have the opportunity to win one for yourself!
Thanks to the Royals, we were again able to get our hands on one that we're auctioning off for charity. It’s an authentic XL jersey with fight strap and full stitching of the no. 14, with “ROYALS 14” on the back.
We auctioned off their 2013 version last December and were able to raise $422.77 for charity.
The auction is now live and will end Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 3 p.m. ET. All proceeds will benefit the Mario Lemieux Foundation, dedicated to cancer research, patient care and Austin's Playroom Project, which creates playrooms in medical facilities.
