You can do this at home, in your kitchen, your bedroom, wherever you have a comfortable chair. This exercise is good for shoulder strength and core stability.
Make sure you follow the correct form: look straight ahead, engage your core and press the dumbbells directly over your head. Do 10 reps per arm for three sets.
