Despite returning to practice this week, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is inactive for Sunday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers. Gronkowski, who was listed as "questionable" on Friday, will miss a fourth straight game since breaking his forearm late in a win over the Indianapolis Colts on Nov. 18.

For the 49ers, wide receiver Mario Manningham will miss a second consecutive game due to a shoulder injury. Initially listed as "doubtful", Manningham was downgraded to "out" on Saturday.
