Think again if you believe the Jets will operate as a smooth franchise after making multiple changes up and down the organization this off-season. With coach Rex Ryan still in place, Mike Florio says New York is guaranteed to be a dysfunctional team once again. When the Jets appoint a new GM, it is likely Ryan will have a different agenda and use it to get under the skin of his new boss.
