Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson pledges $1,000 per sack to help endangered wild cats (Video)

Erin Henderson has a new position, and he's hoping it will help him assist a worthy charitable cause.

The Minnesota Vikings this season asked Henderson to slide inside to the middle linebacker spot — a spot that was once home to his brother, E.J. — on what could be a pretty good defense this season. And Erin is pledging $1,000 for every sack he earns this season to the Big Cats Initiative, which works to halt the decline of big cats in the wild.

And we're not talking this "Big Cat."
