Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy headline Eagles, Panthers inactive lists

The Philadelphia Eagles will be without quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy when they take on the Carolina Panthers on Monday night. Both players have concussions and have been ruled out when the Eagles submitted their injury report on Saturday.

2012 third round pick Nick Foles will make his second start in place of Vick. Foles completed 21-of-46 pass attempts for 204 yards with a pair of interceptions in a 31-6 loss to the Washington Redskins on Nov. 18. 2012 seventh round pick Bryce Brown will start for McCoy. In 10 games this season, Brown has 32 carries for 141 yards with one reception for eight yards in 15.02 percent of the Eagles' offensive snaps this season.
