The New England Patriots will have tight end Aaron Hernandez when they take on the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. One of the most versatile players in the National Football League, Hernandez has missed the last three weeks with a high ankle sprain. The 2010 fourth-round pick out of Florida has practiced on a limited basis and is expected to play a minimal role on Sunday.
Another player returning to a 46-man roster is New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, who 14 receptions for 237 yards and a touchdown, but has missed the last three weeks with foot and knee injuries. Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton is active for the first time since the regular season-opener and will serve as the top backup to starter Kevin Kolb.
