As Chris Farley once said, "brothers don't shake hands, brothers gotta hug."
But one might forgive Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano for not being so receptive to hugging it out with Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians on Sunday afternoon. A 40-11 throttling at the hands of the Cardinals left Pagano looking glum and when he approached his friend Arians after the game, he went for a simple handshake.
Arians, however, was having none of it, aggressively pulling Pagano in for an awkward bearhug. The two men are friends, of course, as Arians served as Pagano's offensive coordinator in 2012 and reeled off a 9-3 record with the Colts when Pagano left the team to receive treatment for his leukemia.
Sometimes, though, you just have to know when your pal needs some time to figure out why his team was blown out by another NFC opponent.
Check out the difference between the pre- and postgame hugs between the two men.
