What’s better than watching college football players lip-synching to N’Sync and the Frozen soundtrack? Yeah, nothing, so that’s why today’s Video of the Day gives you that and so much more.

The BYU football team kicked off its fall camp by having a lip-sync party to artists such as Katy Perry and Carly Rae Jepsen.

Be advised, there is quite a bit of hip thrusting in this video, so much so that we wondered whether it was an honor code violation.

BYU fans (and Bronco Mendenhall) can only hope its player put this much energy into winning games this season.
