Texas A&M to wear helmet decal in memory of Polo Manukainiu (Photo)

Texas A&M players will wear a decal on the back of their helmets this season to honor Polo Manukainiu.

Manukainiu, a redshirt freshman defensive lineman, was killed in a car crash on July 29 in New Mexico. His brother Lolo Uhatafe, a 13-year-old, and friend Gaius Vaenuku, who was going to be a freshman on Utah's football team, were also killed. Salesi Uhatafe Jr., a Utah offensive lineman and his father, Salesi Uhatafe, were the only ones to survive the crash.

The No. 90 decal is a black circle with the number in the middle. On the number is a pattern honoring his Tongan descent and his name is below the number. It's a very good look. Lolo played quarterback for his youth football team and his team will also wear a helmet decal honoring him.
