Nevada and UNLV to wear helmet decals to support Sparks Middle School (Photo)

Nevada and UNLV will be wearing special helmet decals when they meet this weekend to honor the victims of the shooting at Sparks Middle School in Nevada.

On Tuesday, a 12-year-old boy used a semi-automatic handgun to kill math teacher Michael Landsberry, and wound two classmates, before shooting himself. Sparks, Nev., is just east of Reno where the University of Nevada is located. After the shooting, Nevada quarterback Cody Fajardo tweeted out his condolences:

The helmet sticker features the initials of the middle school and a Golden Bear, the school’s mascot.
