Former Ohio State OL Marcus Hall tries to cash in on his middle fingers (Photo)

Marcus Hall’s most memorable moment for Ohio State came when he got into a brawl with Michigan in December and was ejected from the game.

Following his ejection, Hall slammed his helmet against the bench and then saluted the Michigan crowd with the double bird.

That gesture is now a framed moment Hall, who has exhausted his eligibility, is signing for collectors.

Ben Axelrod, an Ohio State reporter for, saw this framed gem in a Columbus-area shop.

The photo has Hall’s signature and "4 x GOLD PANTS," which refers to the trinkets Ohio State players are given for defeating Michigan. Ohio State was 4-1 against the Wolverines during Hall’s career.

Items bearing Hall’s signature also are available on eBay and one memorabilia dealer called Sports Possessions is touting a signing with Hall on Feb. 22.

Can’t blame Hall for trying to cash in on his 15 minutes of fame, especially since most offensive linemen are usually pretty anonymous. However, not sure this is the kind of fame Hall wants as he prepares to embark on an NFL career.
