Things have certainly been different at USC since Ed Orgeron took the coaching reins after Lane Kiffin was fired. The Trojans are playing with more focus, passion and energy and have won four of their last five games, placing them right in the thick of things in the Pac-12 South race.
Players have expressed their admiration for Orgeron, and now “Coach O” has made a great impression on the USC marching band, The Spirit of Troy.
The official Twitter account of The Spirit of Troy tweeted a photo of one of many personally-addressed thank you notes Orgeron sent to each member of the band, commending them for their support and hard work.

What an awesome gesture. The Trojans host No. 5 Stanford at the Coliseum Saturday, and Orgeron wants it to be a special atmosphere.
