Dr. Saturday's College Football Madness: Round Two, Region 3

Welcome to Dr. Saturday's College Football Madness. Ever wondered how the 2013 college football season could have turned out with a 68-team playoff? You've come to the right spot. While 68 teams participate in the NCAA tournament, we're running an expanded college football playoff. And you're in charge. Each matchup is open to a vote and the team with the most votes in each game moves on to the next round. We're on to the second round in Region 3.

Holy upset. North Carolina beat Baylor in Round One to advance to play Arizona. That means we're guaranteed to have at least one double-digit seed in the Sweet 16 in Region 3. Are you all just trying to pave the way for Alabama to win the region easily? Why are you depriving the nation of an Alabama-Baylor matchup?

But before we get ahead of ourselves, we still have our hypothetical Nick Saban vs. Kliff Kingsbury matchup to play. That could be fun, don't you think? Vote for the winner of the four matchups below through 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 26. The winners move on to the Sweet 16. Click here for the original bracket.

No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 8 Texas Tech

Uptempo vs. Not-Uptempo. Texas Tech may me outmatched by Alabama, but we'd all want to see this game, right? And just think how high Kingsbury's star would go if he beat Saban.

No. 4 Oklahoma State vs. No. 5 Louisville

A matchup of two preseason national title contenders? Sure, why not. Both teams were a single loss away from conference championships.

No. 3 Clemson vs. No. 6 Georgia

A rematch of week one. And Georgia is even more shorthanded. Clemson wins again, right?

No. 15 North Carolina vs. No. 10 Arizona

We didn't see this one coming. Arizona is the favorite, but is North Carolina our Florida Gulf Coast?
