Fullbacks are a rare breed in college football, so Chad Abram has a pretty unique position at Florida State. Through four games, he has three carries for 19 yards and four catches for 26 yards.
And despite fullbacks' limited roles in the offenses that they do exist in, Abram's mother wants quarterback Jameis Winston to get him the ball more. Winston said during a Google Hangout Wednesday she told him that before Florida State's win against Boston College, and Winston responded he'd throw Chad a TD.
And what do you know? Abram's one catch for six yards was for a touchdown.
Hey mothers of other Florida State players, someone better be asking Winston if FSU is going to win the national title this year. If he follows through like that, you'll be spending January in Pasadena.
