After Alabama’s Saturday night triumph over LSU, some people in Tuscaloosa apparently were not too pleased with the outcome, and were looking for trouble.
Al.com is reporting that a man was shot in both legs at a gas station in Tuscaloosa early Sunday morning after two men taunted him about being an Alabama fan.
The 30-year-old victim was shot in both legs and suffered non-life threatening injuries. The victim said that he stopped at the store to use the restroom when two unknown male subjects taunted him about being an Alabama fan, according to the report.
A physical altercation ensued, and one of the suspects pulled out a gun. The victim retrieved his own gun from his car, and one of the suspects shot the victim in the leg. The victim then returned fire.
The two suspects left the scene in a small black vehicle.
